About
Do Good Volunteer Day- litter picking the canal walkway path
We will provide the equipment needed to litter pick and you will be put into pairs to get together and chat. The event is to be run by skipping down the canal and they have experience litter picking along this stretch of the canal.
It will start at Towpath which is located in Haggerston London and work our way around the canal area.
Most people come solo to our events to meet new people and getting stuck in volunteering is a great way to connect with people, it helps nature as often animals can be harmed by the litter left along the canal.
Please note: All participants are volunteering at their own risk.
