About us

We connect people with Nature

timeline-7.HEIC

We’re a small, diverse team with a big, shared belief:
Nature belongs in everyday life — and everyone deserves to feel connected to it.

Rooted in community and powered by young changemakers, we design inclusive, grassroots initiatives that make sustainability feel practical, personal, and possible.

Whether it's transforming overlooked spaces or reimagining how we grow and share food, our work is hands-on, hopeful, and driven by people — not just policies.

With creativity, warmth, and a strong sense of belonging, we help people build real relationships with nature and each other, one everyday action at a time.

Find out more about our story and our mission

Our Story

No Plant Left Behind began in January 2020, when a global pandemic unexpectedly paused a budding café project, leaving dozens of seedlings without a home. Refusing to let them wither, our founder, Amy, brought them home, nurturing each one with care and a promise: no plant would be left behind

Our Mission

To reconnect people with nature in everyday life through youth-led, community-driven projects that are imaginative, inclusive, and rooted in warmth.
Our approach is hands-on and hopeful — blending creativity with practical action to help people build real, lasting connections with the environment and each other.

Our Drives

Everyday Nature Connection

Nature isn’t a place you visit — it’s a relationship you live.

We make nature part of everyday life — not an escape, but a lived relationship that grows daily.

Deep Human Connection Through Nature

Nature reconnects us — to each other and to ourselves.

We use nature to build stronger human connections — creating spaces for belonging, healing, and shared purpose.

Youth-Led Change

Change led by the next generation, not just designed for them.

We’re powered by young people who lead, design, and deliver real change — not just participate in it.

Practical, Grassroots Action

Real change starts with small, do-able actions repeated at scale.

We turn big ideas into small, do-able actions that empower individuals and communities to make a real impact.

Meet The Team

The team is made up predominantly of early-career volunteers, with a strong commitment to creating opportunities for all. We aim to provide valuable experience to individuals, helping to support their growth and development in the field.
