Join us for a restorative afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection. We’ll begin with a calming, beginner-friendly yoga session to help you slow down and reconnect with your body, followed by a communal art project.
No art or yoga experience is needed. This is a gentle, low-pressure space to relax, explore, and enjoy the process.
We’ll start with a short welcome and introductions to help everyone feel comfortable. After yoga, we’ll transition into a relaxed creative session where conversation flows naturally and making is shared.
