About
Join us for a restorative afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection in collaboration with Hot Pod Yoga. We’ll begin with a calming, beginner-friendly yoga session to help you slow down and reconnect with your body, followed by a mindful painting workshop inspired by the delicate shadows cast by flowers.
Using natural light and floral arrangements, you’ll observe the soft shapes and shadows they create, translating them onto paper through simple, expressive painting. No art or yoga experience is needed. This is a gentle, low-pressure space to relax, explore, and enjoy the process.
We’ll start with a short welcome and introductions to help everyone feel comfortable. After yoga, we’ll transition into a relaxed creative session where conversation flows naturally and making is shared.
